The staff, lobby and breakfast room are all really good. Dario (the concierge) went above and beyond when my wife needed a doctor.

The bedrooms and halls could do with some artwork. All look very bare.

Beautiful surroundings, very friendly welcoming staff. Delicious cocktails, huge clean room.

A bit noisy sometimes. From our room we could hear the breakfast room piano at 7am. Also the cocktail bar downstairs wasn't open, however the rooftop terrace bar was, and the fantastic staff served great cocktails up there instead.

Breakfast was very good. The hotel provided a very high standard of choices and service. Our room was very spacious as we stayed in a deluxe room and the location is very central to all of the main sights and shopping in Palermo.

I don't have any negative comments as I enjoyed all aspects of my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Et Des Palmes. The hotel itself is truly beautiful, full of character and history, and its location is excellent for exploring Palermo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast was also very good. There was one small issue at check-in: the Junior Suite we were initially given felt surprisingly small, even smaller than the standard room our daughter was staying in. However, when we mentioned it, the hotel immediately upgraded us to a wonderful room. We really appreciated how promptly and generously they handled the situation, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Grand Hotel Et Des Palmes. A beautiful hotel, a fantastic location and, above all, a very friendly and attentive team.
