A pleasant stay in a convenient location We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Parma Oriente. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is well located, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we found everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and we particularly appreciated their welcoming attitude. Breakfast and the overall service were perfectly satisfactory for this type of hotel. We had no particular issues during our stay and felt that the hotel offered a good balance between comfort, location and price. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would happily consider staying here again. A good choice for a stay in the area.

The fact that I was allocated a room in the annex..not what I chose when booking.The situation was resolved but still my experience was tainted. Very unfriendly & who seemed to be an very ungentlemanly waiter who served us dinner who made us feel unwelcome & spoilt our evening..I resent that as it upset my friend. The fact we had to pay 3 euros for a towel for swimming..when your room cost 130euros a night I feel they can provide a towel. Had stayed before and was very disappointed with my experience as I was so excited about coming back with a friend...all the way from South Africa & it was a big anti climax sadly.😥
