Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely superb! What a great breakfast! The evening meal we had was also delicious. It’s a great stop off after a day exploring the area.
At reception our first impression wasn’t great as the staff member didn’t greet us warmly or apologise for keeping us waiting . We felt a bit of an inconvenience to them as they were busy, which was a shame. All of the other staff were really friendly and helpful. The room itself was fine, but overlooked a road and railway lineOtherwise it was clean and warm with everything we needed.

Lovely location on loch side. Great views
The breakfast was truly awful. Omelette was drenched in fat and inedible. Tea was cold. Coffee was weak. No yogurt.
Interestingly the evening meal was fine so presume a different "chef".
