Beautiful historic building. Outstanding rooms. Great location. Very Peaceful. Incredible meal from the kitchen.
Didn't affect us due to the time of our stay but the rooms are not air conditioned. I would think this could be uncomfortable during the height of summer

Very beautiful old guesthouse, elegantly decorated and appointed. Massive room and bathroom and claw foot bath was a real treat. Exceptional food and service for dinner, gourmet 3 course dinner for $75 I was thought was excellent value.

My husband and I have been coming here for a very long time and this is most certainly the worst condition I have ever seen it. The whole place needs a very good clean and some thought given to guests and where do they go. The food was sensational and Penny is fantastic however we got the feeling this place has been forgotten.
Better staff training, more lighting, cleanliness. Less junk and rubbish lying around the property. Dogs constantly barking was certainly an issue.
