Chantal who greeted us at reception for our arrival and looked after us for our short stay was wonderful, very welcoming and attentive to our needs.
We liked nearly everything.
However, we must signal that several days before our arrival, like several other guests, we recevied a WhatsApp message allegedly sent by Booking.com saying that "the payment provider was unable to authenticate the credit card connected to your reservation" This is the second time in less than a year that one of our Booking.com reservations was hacked and a fraud was attempted on our credit card!! Several guests received similar messages shortly before their stay....
