Location on Hastings St is fab. Spacious room with most amenities provided. Entire complex was quiet and comfortable. Great for families on a budget and needing space.
No lift in the complex which meant carrying luggage up and down a couple flights of stairs. Unfortunately my room was located next to the nearby restaurant so could hear and smell everything going on in the kitchen. Also cushions in lounge had a funky smell, might have been their filling but was intoxicating when entering the room.

Lovely river view and clean hotel room. Pool was clean and had nice furniture.
Air conditioning was not working for the first 36 hours of our stay, and we were not compensatied at all.
We had to pay for extra towels $2 each and $5 for beach towels. I would have thought being in a beach location, you would have beach towels included in your stay.
There is no lift, we were on the thrid floor and had to carry suitcases up on our own.
