The studio was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was small and basic, but fully functional. Check-in was automated and went very smooth. The location is good: if one enjoys walking, it's a mere 35 minutes and a pleasant walk to the historic centre.

Three things disappointed us. 1. On arrival on the parking behind the hotel, we did not see a sign "Hotel Parkplatz". We particularly booked this hotel, as Booking describes: "Private parking available". Eight parking places on the right, some garages on the left, and another parking lot a bit further on the right. When we entered the further lot, we passed a sign saying that 'unauthorized vehicles will be towed away' and that the 'cost of this will be put into charge'. That would not have worried us, except that the hotel seems to share this/these parking lot(s) with a casino (Spielhalle) and a Dance Studio. We initially assumed that the parking further on the right belonged to the Dance Studio (or maybe Casino?) The next day we met a friendly lady (the manager) who explained to us that "the warning sign for unlawful parking was meant for visitors/customers of a nearby firm". Our suggestion, therefore: put up some signs telling people that all parking places are property of the hotel? 2. The last night of our stay, people kept slamming doors and moved (ran) and shouted in the hotel corridor. We eventually heard and saw them leave the front parking lot (casino?) around 11.30pm. Early next morning, my husband noticed that the front door to the hotel was left ajar. It was then he noticed that the door - when you don't pull it close - will actually stay open a bit. This might have explained the nightly noise, but we are not sure. Our suggestion: pay some attention to the mechanism of the front door for security reasons? 3. The second night of our stay, loud music (from the casino) kept us awake until after midnight. But that might have been because we were in a studio virtually above the Spielhalle entrance, and the their door might have been left open?

Elegant and convenient room and bathroom, good wi-fi, spacy free parking lot, fridge in the room, easy automatic check-in.

Noise from the street, lack of electric kettle, location a bit far from the city centre.

Cozy antique Hotel room, very clean with scent of wood. We liked it very much, my wife loved the pillows😍. Tv could be bigger for 2026 and should be some glass in the bathroom for teethbrush etc. That is why not 10 out of 10. We will stay the again someday.

lacking airconditioning especially in a noisy environment, next to main road and play rooms operating till 2am, we booked with dog and staff was surprised seing our dog.
