I cannot rate enough the staff . Such a wonderful team . Emmanuel the concierge , the guys from the beach and Phillipe from
The beach club, I forgot the other names but all wonderful . My only downside is the breakfast, not enough choices. But I will recommend this hotel for its wonderful location and staff !!

Nuce view was quiet. Staff was nice and friendly. I set up a delivery for my hair to get done and I end up having to go to the Local salon and get it done in the hotels. They wouldn’t let the person up to do my hair. It was about 30% more but they did a good job and they were able to take me right away.

Nice clean room and balcony, great view of the beach, easy access to nearby bars, beach clubs and restaurants. Very walkable around the palm if you like walking. Staff were kind and helpful
