This guesthouse feels very pleasant and safe. The check-in message was very informative, and everything in the house is easy to find. The location is great for buses and budget restaurants and shops - very close to the main street but not too close, so you don't get noise and fumes.
There are some oddly shaped steps between two of the rooms and their shared bathroom - I have slight accessibility issues and would have liked the option of having a different room.
Some locals say the neighbourhood is not great for walking around at night, although I did and it was fine.

The property was exactly 100% as shown on photos. Clean and beautiful. Love it.

I liked that they fixed the two matters I brought to their attention in a speedy and professional manner. It does what it says on the tin: provides a clean and safe environment where one can sleep.
There were not things I disliked deeply, but one needs a separate sink to wash one's cup. Not sure that is worth the owner's investment. For me, I just needed to sleep, feel safe, and have a place to clean my teeth and shower. It is noisy, but that is the price one pays to be in a vibrant area, and I enjoyed what I saw of Willesden as I walked to the tube and the jubilee line - straight to the centre of London in less than 20 minutes. And the locals were 10 times better than Google at getting me on the right bus!
