Hotel Monterrey

The view from room of the nice walled city ; the location of hotel very close to walled city and Getsamani

There is a large hotel literally being built around the property and thus noisy . Once they hotel is built the noise is gone

Hotel Monterrey in Cartagena exceeded every expectation we had. Our room came with a stunning, panoramic view from the balcony. truly one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up to the sweeping sights of Cartagena felt like a dream. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. The location is unbeatable. Sitting just outside the walled city, it’s only a short and easy walk to all the charm, history, and energy of Cartagena’s most iconic area. Considering the prime location and the quality of the experience, the value for the price is outstanding.

We loved absolutely everything. Thank you for making our anniversary so special

Piękny hotel w fantastycznej lokalizacji w samym centrum. Przepiękny widok z pokoju. Od samego wejścia czuwaliśmy się zaopiekowani. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa recepcji. Pokój ładnie urządzony, czysto, przyjemnie. Pyszne śniadanie i bardzo miła obsługa restauracji.

Wszystko idealnie - polecam

Close to everything. Christmas lights and celebrations in full swing so lots of activities. Good window insulation. Would have been a really nice place except …… !!

Surrounded by construction. 8.00AM to 4.00PM. R I G H T next door. Overlooks the pool area so grinding & cutting noises plus workmen - not a pleasant experience. Not busy at all - I guess due to the renovations - so smorgasbord breakfast not happening. Small adequate breakfast provided.
