The hotel was amazing in terms of location, cleanliness, and the professionalism of the staff. We truly appreciated the upgrade and the exceptional service provided by the team.
Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you to the entire team for the kind upgrade and for your exceptional service. We truly appreciate your hospitality.
However, I wish that when the upgrade was offered, we had been asked whether we preferred a smoking or non-smoking room. Unfortunately, we were upgraded to a smoking room. Although the room was spacious and very clean, there was a noticeable smell of smoke.
