Home2 Suites By Hilton Petaluma

The breakfast was great, there were enough choices to choose from.

I needed to put ice in my coffee and I couldn't find that.

Room amenities were a bit under quality.

Nice comfortable rooms. No hot water tho.

Lack of hot water.

Convenience and *very* friendly staff. We checked in at 11pm and the woman at the desk was lovely.

Everything in the room *above* the floor was clean and tidy. However, the carpet was disgusting with numerous dark, large stains everywhere. I was truly surprised you assign the room to any guest. Since we checked in late and left at 9am we just dealt with it; otherwise, I would have changed rooms. Besides questioning the hygiene of room due to the carpet, the aesthetics of such a badly stained carpet is way below Hilton standards.
