Said the owner was very nice, the place was very clean and comfortable. The shower was nice and warm. Breakfast was fantastic
The only small issue is being right next to the mosque, as the call to prayer is quite loud and can be very early in the morning or even during the night

Humble but charming riad with nice inside windows and a very nice terrace from where we were served a really nice breakfast with fresh fruits. The manager met us at an appointed time for chec in. The common areas are small but bright with comfortable sofas and some nice books. Inside bedroom was a bit small so it could get a bit stuffy but overall OK. We had no problem finding it.

The location is good if you want to be near the beach and the Medina.
The owner fell asleep and made us wait in the street for half an hour even though we told him our arrival time. He had a very unpleasant attitude that made our experience stressing and uncomfortable. The land was very dirty but there were enough carpets to avoid it. The room was small. Not good value for money.
