Hotel Robinson Plage

I was impressed. The staff contacted me on the day of arrival to confirm. They were always quick to response. Check-in was quick. I love my room and listening to the sounds of the waves. The property was very calm. I enjoyed that the beach area was cleaned and I slept very well at night. The shower had hot water, and I enjoyed the stone flooring in the restroom. Lastly, the food was very delicious, and I enjoyed the breakfast cake and fruit.

If the hotel could provide transportation from the bus station. I had problems with my internet. But that's not the facility fault. Maybe some live music at night.

I liked the multi lingual reception. Enables ease of communication.

The best part is definitely the location, with direct access to the beach. The restaurant is also very good, and the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. For a simple one- or two-night stay by the beach, it does the job.

The room was very basic and quite dated, and overall I didn’t find it particularly comfortable or good value for money. The furniture and bathroom could really use some renovation and a fresh coat of paint. The room also felt quite dark and enclosed, with a small window opening directly onto an area where people pass by, so there wasn’t much sense of privacy. Cleanliness could be improved: there was sand in the room and even on the bed covers, some of the linen was stained, and the floor felt sticky/damp. The beds were also not very comfortable. Reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, in contrast to the lovely restaurant staff. I also wouldn’t recommend the massage/manicure/pedicure services, which I didn’t find worth the price. It’s a decent option if you mainly want somewhere simple to sleep with direct beach access, but I wouldn’t choose it for a comfortable beach getaway. At around 30,000 CFA per night, I would personally rather pay a little more for a more comfortable and better-maintained room. Also worth noting that use of the beach sunbeds was apparently not included in the room price.
