Nina, the hostess, was exceptionally nice and welcoming, with restaurant and beach recommendations and suggestions for the trip. communications with her were outstanding. The room was perfectly fine, well equipped and in an ideal location (5mins to old town, 3 mins to sea). we loved it.

Miss Nina is a perfect host, the apartments are right next to Kolovare, really clean modern and cosy.

Nina was a fantastic host, communicated well and was very friendly, giving excellent tips for the stay. Location was perfect as I was driving, safe parking area, and only a few minutes walk from old town. Room was spacious and clean. Small kitchenette was handy, with a nice espresso to start the day.

Sorry but we don't get the raving reviews. Room is quite small and the decoration has 0 personality. Bathroom felt wet all the time despite the ventilation. Towels are cheap and would not dry during our two days stay. Not enough soundproof as we could hear other guests, especially from the corridor. No bin other than the (very) small one in the bathroom. The mural clock makes so much noise we had to turn it off. The TV does not face the bed and can't be set differently. Payment only in cash. Compared to the other place we stayed while in Zadar, poor value for money.
