We had a beautiful room with a bath , overlooking the cathedral. It was quiet and peaceful and the hotel has charming decor.

A stunning hotel with beautiful pools and dining area. Staff very friendly and helpful and every nook and cranny was spotless. We were kindly upgraded on arrival and very much enjoyed the larger room.
Great location, quiet and peaceful. Overall, highly recommend!
The hotel is split over three buildings, although very quiet and beautiful the only way to order drinks/food is through room service (incurring a 20 EUR fee), whereas if you're in the main building there is no fee.
Casa Pau was not available to us - this was not advertised ahead of arrival.
The spa pool is very cold which seemed strange to me.
Very limited on vegetarian options.

Amazing location, very pretty downstairs area. Beautiful building.
Very little communication with staff. QR CODE for the room. Room in separate building. Room was very basic but clean. No luxury extras to make it feel special.
