We had a great time overall - the pool, the food at the restaurant, the parking and the view and vibe. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and the location is great to get around Zichron and other places in the area.
It was all very good, but it's very expensive. For this price, I would have expected to get an excellent experience, but some things were not top notch. The gym was very disappointing, the shower was small and overall it seemed like some finishing touches were needed around the place.

The architecture, the view, the tramquility of the hotel and its surrounding. I liked the spacious room. Breakfast was good.
The hotel seems to be frozen in time such that it did not renovate for a long time: the Gym is not maintained, the art collection has not been renovated for years.

The views and the food was plentiful and varied.
Guest relations very poor. Restaurant and pool staff functional but nobody smiles or asks you how things are. Front Desk ineffective and uninterested and one member in particular quite rude.
