The host was easy to work with. This was our second year and we enjoyed our family Christmas. If I had anything negative to say it would be the mattress was not comfortable and the remotes to the tvs were not with the right tvs and we never found the one for the kids room and that was not good

Perfect for our family Christmas!

We had a wonderful time together at Splash Manor. The home accommodated 18 of us fairly well and was overall comfortable and relaxing. There are a few things that would make this property a 5 star stay. First, when we arrived, the wifi was not working. I called the office first thing the next morning and they promptly addressed the situation. A maintenance person was dispatched and he changed the router and got us up and running. The wifi cannot handle multiple devices and was still spotty which made remote study and work nearly impossible. Another thing that would make the home better would be a second or much larger refrigerator. The house sleeps 22 but the fridge can only handle food for about 8. The furniture has seen some better days and some of the cookware needs to be replaced.

We had a good time. There were some things that could have been better. Cons *the pool water was greenish *some chairs were loose * for 21 guest it would've been nice to have more than 1 kitchen. Pros * the view is AMAZING * the location wasn't too far from town
