The cabin was just what we needed for a family vacation. Plenty of space for the entire group and private areas for each individual family. The kitchen was well stocked with appliance and dishes where we enjoyed cooking. The host was prompt in addressing a problem with the A/C on our third night. It was quickly handled and we were extremely happy with the service.

Fireside chalet cabin rentals have the best customer service. For our family what was disappointing was the kitchen and the cabin just seemed dated. There’s plenty of space and the view is nice, but we spend most of our time in the cabin and around the property and would’ve appreciated a little more of an upscale experience.
