What a beautiful place! Perfect view. Isolated yet easy drive to other places. Great pool. Lush landscaping. Super easy check in and check out. Good communication. Highly recommend. It looks like an up and coming area. Book before over run with tourists.

We had a very nice stay. Lisa was great in her communication and coordination. This location is a solid drive away from the bustle of Grace Bay. But the facilities, pool, bar, and ocean access are very nice. And it is quiet! If you want busy and loud— go somewhere else. But if you prefer a quiet retreat this is a great spot. I would also caution that there is about a 10-minute drive on a pretty bumpy dirt road to get there. You can do it in a sedan. You just need to budget 10 minutes and go slow before you hit pavement.

Had an amazing time in Turks and Caicos.

I did not like the fact that we didn't have ac for two out of the three night stay.
