***Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 12/14/2026 - 12/23/2026 (Ocean lanai) & 12/29/2026 - 1/8/2027 (Ocean window) & 1/12/2027 - 1/21/2027 (Diamond Head window) & 1/25/2027 - 2/4/2027 (Diamond Head lanai). During this time, the lanai will be closed and inaccessible. Lanai furniture will be stored inside the unit for the duration of the work. Guests may experience some construction-related noise during scheduled work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Project schedules and work activities are subject to change. AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet, password protected WiFi and US and Canada telephone service are included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for an additional cost; please inquire with our office for current rates.

BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
