Spacious Family Resort close to Titanic Museum and Dollywood with 4 Saltwater pools

I would like to thank the host. This was an amazing trip for my family. We love the location. It was perfect for our family size of six. The property was clean, the host was quick to respond. We look forward to going back in the future..Thank you again for an amazing property and ensuring that our family had a wonderful time.

It was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean. Comfy beds but bring your own pillows… Property was nice and clean. Our GPS took us across the street from check in so watch out for that. Our place was close to the main check in desk so the pool was always packed which wasn’t ideal for us but still nice. Our kids were bummed half the splash pad wasn’t working properly. The putt putt course needs updating but my kids loved it! For the price, it’s a great place to stay! Close to everything but request an into facing away from the street, if you can. Lots of noise from the busy road right outside.

The resort itself if spread out with 2 different locations. So depending on what you are hoping to do you want to plan on requesting a room closer to the main pool location. We had a room that backed up to a main road and it was really loud at various points of our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful but the property is older and you can tell it’s in need of some updates and repairs.

The room was okay, but the check in process was awful. We got checked in quickly and then had to meet w several others throughout the check in process. Where we were told we had a “gift” from the owners which turned into a lot of deceitful info where they charged us 40 for a time share meeting which was made clear at check in we were there for Dollywood. Be aware of this when checking in…..
