This was a long-planned-in-advance vacation for our 5 adult kids, available spouses, and 11 grandkids ages 6 and under. We try to get everyone together 1-2 times per year. THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP THAT WE'VE EVER HAD AS A GROUP! The home was incredible for our group: being large enough even for some rainy days, EXTREMELY well-furnished kitchen, spacious bedrooms/bathrooms, pool located on the deck, and right on the beach! We'll be back, and we plan on renting from Richard in the future!![🥳 Woohoo, Tim! "The BEST trip we've ever had as a group"?! Now that's the good stuff — you just made my whole day! What an amazing crew too: 5 adult kids, spouses, and 11 grandkids all 6 and under?! The Diamond was BUILT for exactly that kind of beautiful chaos — big enough for rainy days, that loaded kitchen, spacious rooms, the pool right on the deck, and toes in the sand out front. So glad it brought everyone together for a special one. (I did spot the little Value star wander off — if there's ever anything that'd make it feel even more worth it, I'd truly love to know!) We'll roll out the red carpet whenever you're ready to come back. Thank you so much for the wonderful review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks so much for staying in our home! 🏖️]

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms was very clean and the house was awesome with a very beautiful view of the beach.....awsome location and will book again in the future.....also has a nice parking spot for multiple people

We had an awesome time. The house is wonderful. Clean, well kept up. Great furniture. Great Kitchen as we had 19 family members, so cooking together was easy and enjoyable. The deck and furniture are well placed and comfortable. The pool was a hit with our grandkids and kids. It is heated! Easy access to the beach and the beach is wonderful. We opened our windows and listened to the gulf as we went to sleep. The hosts kept us well informed of our trip and what to expect. They are great communicators.

We had a great time! Love the house. There is a loose section of the deck rail immediately across from the pool rail. Other than that everything was great!
