Neat and tidy property that matched the description well. Good location, had everything we needed and met our expectations.

The check in process was very poor on the hosts behalf, i had to message her on the morning we were arriving to say i havent recieved any information about check in and keys etc. We got the information through only to get there and someone was already in our unit, she had double booked us , she was not answering her phone calls or messages ,We contacted Stayz and were told we were in unit 2 , not what the email said !!And the host said she was to busy to deal with the problem !!!!!!And the codes didnt work. Everntually dot in to the unit, had booked for 3 adults 1 child , only had 2 bath towels the whole time we were there and a terrible sofa bed which was so uncomfortable for the kids . The front was hanging off the hinges and we couldnt close the door properly i reported it , nothing happened, i had to screw the screws back in with a knife ..The location was great. But just not happy with the communication with the host.

Poor communication of how to get into unitInside was clean and tidy outside courtyard at front door was grubby and could do with some attention Good aircon upstairs nothing downstairs especially in the bathroom Exhaust fan in bathroom not working Good kitchen with most things to make meals but no table and chairs to sit to eatBig mat in front of lounge slips on the floor somewhat unsafe needs to have something non slip
