We stayed in the house for two weeks from the middle of August to the beginning of September 2022. We just loved it! The house and surroundings are as fabulous as described. Guido is a cordial host. The communication is uncomplicated. We hope to come back soon!

We all really enjoyed our stay in Amelia . There was plenty of room for everyone (4 adults + 2 teens ) The house is well situated with breathtaking views from the pool which is large & well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped & the outdoor terrace perfect for evening meals . Guido our host was at hand with great recommendations & kindly left a welcome pack complete with all the essentials including- wine & prosciutto + wood for the BBQ . Amelia is a charming town & very close to the house (4km ). Overall we had a wonderful time, however if I had to suggest any improvements, I would ask that the underwater lights in the pool be workable so that we could have had a little night swim & also to have been made aware in advance that during the summer weeks the downstairs day- room & kitchen was unusable due to the high temperature in there .
