As others have said, staying at this property is very pleasurable. The location is great, the thoughtful host has made it easy to live in, and the location is convenient to Durango while giving you some space from the downtown area.

Wonderful location with deer visiting daily. The house was very well stocked and in a great location. Kim provided everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Immaculately clean house in a beautiful setting. Close to Durango and other points of interest. The host provided every amenity we needed. Comfortable and nicely decorated. We would definitely return if we were in the area.
