Apartment 7 measures 60 square meters and can accommodate 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor of the “JOHOUSE” apartment building in the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde. The modernly furnished apartment features an open-concept living/dining area, a kitchenette, and two bedrooms, each with a large double bed. There are also two bathrooms, each with a glass shower stall, sink, and toilet. From the balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the “Alter Strom” and the Baltic Sea.

The “JOHOUSE” apartment building is located directly on the well-known and popular “Alter Strom” in the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic Warnemünde lighthouse, the famous “Teepott,” and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The “Alter Strom,” with its many lovingly restored captains’ houses, shops, and restaurants, invites you to take a leisurely stroll. Fishing boats, tour boats, and yachts are lined up here, and you can watch them as they come and go. The 15 one- and two-room apartments at “JOHOUSE” offer the highest level of comfort and accommodate two to four people. All apartments feature a kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony with either a partial or full view of the sea.

Lage und Größe der Wohnung sind für Ausflüge an den Strand und auf die Shoppingmeile ideal. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am sehr belebten Alten Strom mit Außengastronomie und hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Die Möbel sind sehr modern und geschmackvoll, ebenso die Dekoration. Zur Ausstattung: das Kochgeschirr ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig: zwei große Töpfe und eine große Pfanne, alles aus Edelstahl und damit in mittelgutem Zustand. Zeitweise gab es Probleme mit der Heizungsanlage im Haus, so dass über Stunden, laute mechanische Geräusche zu hören waren (bis 22:30 Uhr und ab 8:00 Uhr). Der Kontakt zur Notrufnummer war sehr freundlich, auch wurde versucht das Problem zu erklären.
