We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour. Bed was very comfortable (you just never really know and we're picky!) and really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (smelled great!) in the bathroom. Couple of minor suggestions: Bed sheets were not cotton so a little on the hotter side, we could have used a few extra towels (if we would have asked I am positive the property manager would have brought some to us), and it was hard to get under the sink for the extra paper towels because there are no knobs on the cabinets (esthetically I totally get it but from a practical standpoint, you have to reach your hand to the bottom of the door to open it). Overall, great price for our 3 day stay and it really did meet all of our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a cozy place and jay made sure I had everything for my stay

Great property. Used it as a small getaway to celebrate Christmas. Interior was cozy and perfect for us to relax and use the kitchen to make a Christmas dinner. Great proximity to the mountain parks of Phoenix and a short drive from downtown.

Beautiful, cool, good for pets, wonderfully decorated and stocked with cookware. Loved this place and would go again!
