The Lazy Bear condo was perfect for our stay in Grand Lake! Just a short walk to town, very comfortable, with a great kitchen and family space. Grand Mountain Rentals was very helpful and has their main office right in town.

Visiting parents who lived across the street. Our three kids stayed with their grandparents while Mom and Dad and another couple stayed in this rental. It was perfect, allowing us distance and closeness at the same time. Family dinners were always at the rental and there was enough space between the table and counter seating. Originally, the grandparents and grandkids were supposed to be at the rental, and it would have been perfect sleeping accommodations for this, but plans changed, and grandparents stayed in their own condo with the kids. Mom, Dad, and friends enjoyed the larger accommodations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, quiet and a great layout. We loved that there were kids books and games (some adult board games too). We weren’t expecting that and it’s always a bonus! The kitchen was well stocked enough that we were able to cook multiple meals. We will definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

The place had been remodeled to look more modern and it was clean. Negatives as follows: mattresses very uncomfortable, unit was too far to walk to downtown shops/restaurants, no view of lake, windows in poor working order and without air this was a negative, few serving and mixing bowls, no overhead fan in one of the bedrooms, deck was outside of an upstairs bedroom, no dumpster on site(was instructed to drive to office across town or take to a pay 8/bag site)
