The location is wonderful! It's lovely to be able to walk right to the beach and the seating on the porch is great to sit and relax. The upstairs rooms open into the living room with windows (there are folding door-type coverings) but it doesn't block any sound. Also, just to note, the bathrooms are both through the bedrooms. As one review mentioned, make sure you go with people you like. The house is clean, the neighbors were friendly and quiet, and the beach wasn't crowded. It was a wonderful get away for our family!

This property was quite cozy and homey. The walk to the beach, and the view from the home, were huge perks. The sky lights were a plus! Far enough onto the island to not be "touristy" but close enough to shops and local options for entertainment.

We loved the location and the beach! The online pictures of the home made it appear quaint and cozy. The house has potential. But… the furniture was very outdated, uncomfortable, had a musty smell, and was too large for a smaller area making it feel cramped. The kitchen was poorly equipped!
