Location can't be beat. Staff went out of its way to assist. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable.
Need some hooks for towles in the bathroom and a soap dish!

The hotel is great, the staff very cooperative, the room decent, as we observe Shabbat they agreed to allow us late checkout,
The hotel is not Kosher but we knew that in advance so no complaints

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. We loved everything - the great location, the stunning views from our room, delicious breakfast, and most helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. A underground car park is a nice bonus; it has to be booked ahead of time though.

location is great. Room is a decent size.
Finishes are worn,/dirty. Staff didn't speak even elementary/basic levels of any other languages other than Hebrew, Arabic, and Russian. Breakfast was diverse and plentiful, but mediocre in taste. Maybe more focus on fewer, quality items would be better. Saturday lunch buffet looked good. though Water was lukewarm from Thursday night to Saturday night, possibly due to Shabat? If so, that wasn't advertised.
