Cheap, clean, convenient

Public bath was too hot

The hotel is clean and has all that you need if you're travelling on a budget (clean rooms, showers and japanese bath, shared kitchen and possibility to wash and dry your clothes. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming. I like staying at this hotel because you just can't beat the location. The hotel is located right between Nankai and JR stations, so you have straight access to Kansai airport. Furthermore the Midosuji line's metro station is very near, so you can also get straight to Shin-Osaka (Shinkansen).

Rooms are quite small, so I recommend staying in japanese style room. This way you'll have much more space to organise your belongings, because you can clear away your futon (especially if you're traveling with larger luggage). Of course the futon is quite thin, so if your back does not like hard mattresses, this might not be optimal for you.

The location is perfect and the facilities are very pleasant.

It's a shame they removed the tatami from japanese style rooms during renovation. Sleeping on a futon was more comfortable with tatami.

Close to stations and convenience stores. Free coffee/tea station

We were told we were ‘upgraded to a bigger room’ however it couldn’t even fit the 2 futons flat but were overlapping. The walls are very thin that our neighbour was snoring all night and the traffic was horrible. The girls sections is in a different hotel altogether. And the elevator is incredibly slow.
