The host, Delai, is very nice and friendly. He was ready to help with everything and we had some great conversations with him:) The room was clean and the AC did its job just fine in the August heat. The location is very convenient, really close to Termini and 15 min away walking distance from the Colosseum. Great value for budget travellers!

Nitta Guesthouse was located just 6min walk from the Termini station. The room clean and had shampoo, body wash and hair dryer available in your room. Coffee was also delicious in the shared kitchen area. The host Delai was super welcoming and helpful with any questions you have!

Illaria is a very good host and very helpful , the room is a good room and comfortable.there are three rooms with a common area. near to tube station which is easy to use and cheap , within walking distance to some sites . also near to main train and bus station. there are also bus and trams to use nearby.
The area and the building is a bit rough ,with overflowing large bins in the street outside, lots of graffiti on nearby premises. the safe in the room just sitting on a shelf ,not fixed to wall , and could be carried easily.
