The Suite Hotel Fabric

Modern, spacious, beautiful, private entrance,

Floor could be cleaner

Always perfect, it was my 5th time there. I love the space and privacy and nice appartment, bathroom clean, bed fantastic , only floor could be cleaner

All great, only mess and hair on floor in living room

We had booked two suites, one of which should have had a bed and a sofa bed. They actually gave us a suite with a second bedroom instead of a sofa bed. My son was very happy to have his own room so it was a lovely surprise. The location is excellent and is on the tram, S bahn and U bahn lines so getting around was really easy. I hadn’t realised there was a laundry in the block, which was a bonus. We checked in and out outside of reception hours but the communication was very clear and we had no issues. I would definitely recommend booking here and would stay again next time we come to Frankfurt.

Not something that I didn’t like but a recommendation for other guests… When I booked the confirmation said one of the suites was on the ground floor but we ended up with two second floor suites. This wasn’t a problem for us to use the stairs but it may be worth communicating with the property if you actually need a suite on the ground floor because of mobility issues. They were very responsive and helpful.

Well located, super close to metro and tram lines

Information about the check in / check out process was very unclear. I confirmed with the property ahead of time that I would drop my bags off early, before the 3pm check in time but when I arrived the place was totally deserted with a sign saying ‘no reception’. I messaged the property via the Booking.com app with no reply and there was no answer on any of the x3 phone numbers provided. I ended up sitting in a nearby cafe for 2hrs with my bags until the 3pm check in time. Zero info given about the check out process, I had a 5am train so just ended up leaving the keys in the door to be collected.
