Good location, easy check in.
No air conditioning - it was just about ok with fans in Sept but I don’t think it would be ok in the middle of summer!
The balcony on the ground floor is very tiny and on the street.

Very central. Close to bus stop, super markets and walking distance from restaurants and the beach.
The shower head wasn’t great, bad water pressure and just not great overall. There was no soap supplied in the shower so we had to buy our own and there were also only 2 toilet rolls supplied for a 6 night stay. The bed wasn’t comfortable and sunk in in the middle. There were tons of mosquitoes which I know is uncontrollable but I think some mosquito repellent would’ve been nice. Overall there were just few amenities that tourists would need for their stay and ones I didn’t expect to have to buy.
