no breakfast included. Location for us was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
Second floor with beds was a bit challenging due to low headroom clearance below sloping roof..

The beds and bed linen were so fluffy and comfortable! We loved how private the maisonette was and the parking was so secure! The hosts were friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful, right by the Seine. We loved the little basket shop nearby and the super quiet neighbourhood.
The ceiling upstairs is really low, but it added to the charm of the place.
