Fantastic value. Clean and friendly.
It was pretty noisy outside until midnight- not the fault of the hotel but still. The hot water was boiling hot in one shower with no ability to adjust. Also the shower room door locks you inside the shower ( in the room closest to the kitchen)! Luckily I had my phone and could text someone.

The property was super central to San Juan town! With plenty going on around it.
The accommodation is very basic, requires bringing your own towels, facilities are limited (one toilet, one shower). The bedding is poor (not a great night sleep). Kitchen is also basic, but equipped.

I like the hotel garden. It is better to drink coffee in the garden than in the cafe.
