Hotel Pura Vida

Typical Costa Rican style of property. Loved the garden and the wildlife you could see. We had a great balcony to use. Beds very comfortable. Reception staffed from 8am to 8pm and Irene and Cindy were very helpful. Safe available to store passport etc. Our room was cleaned every day and all the other areas were spotless. Felt safe.

The only concern we had was the open windows in the bathroom due to mosquitoes. However, we would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful with a whole list of amenities. It's in a quiet area of town, away from noise and traffic. The hotel has beautiful wood flooring, comfortable bedding and hammocks or a patio in each room. There is a beautiful lounge area with comfortable seating and hammocks and a large dining area. They serve breakfast in the morning and snacks throughout the day for an additional charge. There are shuttles to tours and the staff is willing to help with whatever you need. The shower had hot water and a nice view of the gardens. Would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Great location, close to the main town but far back enough to be away from any noise. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A little fridge in the room would have been great, there’s one in the main kitchen you can use but you’re restricted to staff reception hours to use it as only the staff use the kitchen, but it wasn’t a big issue

They were construction going on and they did not said anything about that , very noisy at times
