Room were large, clean and comfortable. Loved the view and balcony tub.
The technology needs to catch up to work for non- Japanese speakers. There is a tablet in each room to manage services. Only about half of it is provided if you use the English translation. For example I could not book a massage or make a dinner reservation using the tablet. The staff was very help, and when they tried to show me how to use the tablet, they were surprise several sections were not translated into english.

Great location, good quality furnishings
Staff didn’t really interact enough, also we had a typhoon during our stay, yes it restricted some functionality of the hotel which is to be expected however, when guests are restricted to the hotel, little things like having hot and cold drinks on all day would help soften these restrictions

The room was very spacious and clean! Great selection of outdoor seating etc.
The drink selection on the outside bar was very limited and was very hard to get because there wasn’t a permanent staff member on the bar which meant you had to ask a lifeguard to then ask for bar staff which seemed silly. The drinks were quite overpriced and I recommend getting your own alcohol and sitting on your balcony 😂
