The host was communicative.

Mice / other rodents running through the walls all night long. Very dated and old sticky linoleum floor. The large kitchen cupboard was pulled over by my son as not screwed to the wall… Thankfully I was there to stop it crushing him. Parking options which were a good 5-10 minutes walk. Pot luck on finding a space. The main carpark was closed. Body hair in the bed and very dated bedding which were in park not possible to zip up. The fans in the bathroom and kitchen cannot be switched off and therefore hum all night long even through closed doors. It’s a super old house and in need of further improvements.
