The host was very accommodating, and they were able to respond to our queries and requests. The place was great, the room was clean and spacious, and it was fully equipped with appliances and other household items. Overall, a good place to stay if you want a safe and peaceful abode to stay.
A bit far to the centre of Davao, but there are nearby malls, convenience store, pharmacies , fast food chains, and restaurants.

Big bathroom. Good kitchen. Close to the airport.
Noisy air conditioning. Cramp TV area.

The location was nice because it's accessible. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the host Mr.Freddie Batalla, was very responsive and cooperative.Plus point that there is drinking water.
The night when we arrived, there was no water till morning, but after informing the host, he sorted out the problem. The AC in the living room was so noisy, I think, needed maintenance.

Responsive owner. It was just a few hours stay since our flight back home was delayed to late night. Thanks to the owner for allowing us to check in early.
It was just a short stay. It’s a comfortable place with complete amenities.
