we booked 3 days and 2 nights to celebrate a birthday, we choose hyatt due to the slide. however it was closed and only the pool :( but the complimentary tickets to belmont park compensate for it ,makes our stay better. loved the smores and movie night.

The hot tub was amazing. The weather was great thank God the pools were heated. It was just a good five and the front desk. Staff were pretty helpful.

When I checked in the staff were not very helpful and when I asked for a room on a higher level the attendant moved us from the 2nd to the 4th floor. Since the room was fairly expensive I was highly dissatisfied. Overall the property was nice and well maintained.

Great location to stay. On property restaurant fantastic. Pool area perfect. Complementary boat tour a huge plus.
