Parking was ok, hallway smelled funky, bathtub had a mysterious brown smudge in it when we got there. Housekeeping woke us up pounding on the door to see if they could clean yet and it wasn't even time to check out yet. I guess for what you pay it was ok,but did not appreciate being woken up by people banging on the door. We even had our do not disturb sign hanging outside

everything great and mostly everyone friendly except person at check in did not go above and beyond like other red roofs inns have on previous trips even during non check in times but including mine complaining and wanted to smoke more than help guests this was my first time to Pittsburgh,PA and I heard the city was friendly but first impression at check in was not good, everyone else at front desk including guy who went above and beyond to come over and fix tv or just make sure i know how to use it,even a couple of the guest both when I arrived at check in and left were more helpful carrying my luggage or opening the door so i could carry my luggage up the stairs room was awesome though loved it
