Palm Mountain Resort and Spa

We did not have a balcony but our room was great.

The entire experience staying at Palm Mountain went very well. We especially loved and appreciated where our room was located- near the pool entrance!! We do plan on returning to Palm Mountain and telling family and friends of our stay. Thank you for everything.

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and had a fantastic time. The rooms are well cleaned and spacious. The outdoor amenities are amazing. Outside fire pits and fun family games and walking distance to down town and Starbucks is 10/10 on its own. One thing to note, The pool area’s floor has small debris fragments that will bother you when stepping barefoot so bring some sandals. The hotel is family friendly which means there will be lots of kids in pool. I noticed that many adults did not like the fact that the kids were jumping and splashing. Didn’t really bother me or my family, but if you do not like kids playing around you in the pool, this isn’t a hotel for you. It is family friendly and doggy friendly. Will continue to come back! Special shout out to Luis, the hotel room coordinator. He made my parents experience so amazing and so welcoming. It is so hard to get them out of the house and Luis made their stay extra special.

Amazing service, spacious rooms, and the pool was great.
