This is the best hotel that I have stayed in London form the last 20 trips to this city. The staff were out of this world and when I left my backpack in the taxi coming from the airport they went out of their way to find it and got it returned . Even when I asked for newspaper, they went and bought the paper I wanted it and delivered to my room. This hotel will be my destination next trip tp London

Great location, quiet surroundings, big rooms, wooden floors, high end, very helpful and accommodating staff. Great place great stay.
