We love Pointe Estero Resort! The condos are beautiful, clean and have plenty of room. They are stocked with everything you need for your stay! All the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. There were beach toys for the kids to use, and boogie boards as well. The resort was very quiet both day and night. We would highly recommend Pointe Estero!

Room was clean and beautiful! Very spacious with a beautiful view! My only complaint about the hotel is one night someone was playing loud music till 3:30am. I called after hours number and was told there was not a security guard and I would have to call 911 (which I did not bc it wasn’t an “emergency”). Second complaint was the front sliding door came off the tracks and would not close, allowing access to the hotel to anyone. Called after hours (around 10pm) and again no security guard on site. At 12am, the door was still standing wide open, allowing access to guest rooms to anyone.
Aside from these 2 incidents, the stay was great. Hotel is beautiful and we will definitely be back!
