Hyatt Regency Indianapolis

We stay here every time we come to Indy. Very nice staff, love the amenities! Love that everything is close.

Hotel was good, the lobby and surrounding areas felt luxurious for the price i will definitely be coming here in the future. I've only got good things to say about staff, cleanliness, amenities, etc it was such a wonderful experience!! Other than that the only two critiques I have. 1. No trash bags were in any of the trash cans we had to use grocery bags. 2. Little fix ups could benefit the rooms some had slight mold in shower, our shower door squeaked super loud when opening and closing in room 1232 and water pours out regardless of how it's closed we soaked 2 towels trying to keep the floors dry

Did not suck

We were there for an event at the Lucas Oil Stadium. The location was nice and close. There is a connection from the hotel to the stadium for the most part. You still need to go outside some. It is rather confusing and not very clearly marked so allow extra time. The only other inconvenience was parking. Maybe this is typical as this was my first time in this city. If you don’t valet, you must use an attached garage managed by PNC or another of your choice nearby. Garage is very tight and confusing. Once again allow extra time for this if you are on a time crunch for an event start time. Hotel desk attendant was super nice, room was very clean and bed was comfy.
