Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center

No breakfast with stay

This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space.

I did not like the fact that the “balcony” was on the first floor and it was basically a slab of concrete with a small fence around it. It was right by the outside so anyone could break into it if they wanted to so was not comfortable with this room. The staff was very accommodating on my uncomfortable feeling with the room and got me into another one right away. The rooms were clean and the property was very nice. Location was very nice area as well. Would recommend and would stay here again.

We enjoyed a really comfortable stay at the Premier Best Western this weekend. Your staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful in both the hotel and the restaurant. Thank you for making our very first visit to Harrisburg a pleasant one.
