Norfolk Arms Hotel

Very nice historical inn with clean rooms, comfortable bed and hot shower. The central location is perfect for dining, visiting the local sites and shops.

Amazing location in the heart of arundel and walking distance to the castle, all the local amenities in the town and to the train station, rooms were suitable.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of train station, castle, cathedral, local shops and cafes/restaurants. We watched the World Cup football in the Tap Bar downstairs. Staff were lovely and welcoming and the bar had a nice atmosphere and buzz to it. 5* for warmth and friendliness of staff and location. 3.5* for rooms - great for a night's stay and clean and comfortable. The complimentary biscuits and water were a nice touch.

At the Norfolk Arms in Arundel we had a warm reception from some very helpful people behind the desk. Full marks to them for going beyond the usual aspects of their role. They provided us with local information that we needed. The barmaid was helpful and cheerful and the cleaning staff kept our room spic and span. The only reservation would be the carpark. It's rather small and cramped for a hotel of that size and lighting there could be better at night. All in all, another great stay. Thank you!
