Hotel was great, room well kept and nice. One thing to consider is parking can be a big hassle, as it is a busy area and street parking on surrounding blocks fill up fast. I believe the hotel offers a parking service for 30$ a day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Majestic. The room was larger than expected, beds were comfy and room was clean. A beautiful Victorian building that is well kept and clean. We had no complaints. This was in a quiet, peaceful area where people walked their dogs and jogged down the street. We will definitely be back.
